The twin can provide a photorealisitc 3D environment to share with all stakeholders for review. The twin is placed in accurate geospatial surroundings with the correct latitude, so lighting can be seen at different times of day and night. Detailed decisions can be made before construction and reworks are avoided.

Collaboration

The Gemini platform works with all major CAD programs as well as geospatial providers such as ESRI and Cesium. Multiple users can be updating their designs and sync to the twin in real time. Contractos can provide markups for as built information. Perfect for collaboration

People Simulation

Simulate people using the building and visualise the results in the twin. Create scenarios such as fires, intruders or simply observe building operation during normal usage. Drive critical design decisions based on empirical data.

Contextual Data Retrieval

Associate assets in the building with BIM meta-data, documents, RFIs, submittals and more by connecting to Procore, BIM360, IBM Maximo and other 3rd party products. Data can be retrieved by clicking on the asset or by querying through generative AI.  

Virtual Training

Combine the twin with a Learning Management System (LMS) to train users on equipment in virtual reality. Graphics are streamed to a VR headset, removing the need for expensive hardware. Delivery at 200 FPS reduces user nausea.

Virtual Tourism

Offer visitors access to your heritage architecture site in photorealism. Allow them to interact with objects, hear voiceovers, watch videos and take a guided tour. Use famous people or mascots associated with the site as AI driven tour guides.

Academic Research

Allow students to visit your heritage site virtually and retrieve documents, research papers, audio and video files through the twin. Allow access to parts of the building normally off limits, and offer access to documents and audio / video files.

Building Management Systems

The twin can be integrated with a Building Management System (BMS), or indeed, any IoT or SCADA platform. Sensor readings are displayed in 3D context and we support full IoT functionality to create, add, remove sensors and set alert levels including complex logic. We integrate with leading building analytics platfrom such as SkySpark

Asset, Document and Maintenance Systems

During building operation the twin can be used to access all data associated with the building with generative AI assist. This allows rapid retrieval of documents, asset and maintenance records as well as pathfinding to areas of large buildings or campuses.
